Cancellation Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your service total at checkout. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice, you may choose to: Transfer your deposit to a future appointment, or Receive a refund of your deposit, no questions asked. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows forfeit the $50 deposit. Arriving 15 minutes late or more may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation. By booking, you agree to these terms.
