Do you require a deposit for appointments?Yes. All bookings can be made directly on our website and our system will collect a small deposit that will be accredited to your service during checkout.

What is your cancellation policy?We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Upon meeting these requirements, you may either reschedule your appointment or request a refund of your deposit. No shows or notices with less than 24-hour notice will automatically forfeit deposit.

Do you have a cell phone policy?Yes. We would really appreciate if cell phones were on silent or vibrating mode. This will ensure that we minimize sounds that may interrupt the relaxation of our clients.

Do you offer gift certificates?Absolutely! We have gift certificates in Spa, and you can also purchase an E-gift card directly on our website.

Can I bring my children?We would prefer if our valued clients refrained from bringing companions under the age of 10.

How early should I arrive to my appointment?We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your session.

Do I need to wear or do anything special for my visit?Please avoid wearing makeup and jewelry. Prior to your facial treatment you will be instructed to remove your top and if applicable, your bra. You can also wear a strapless top if you are not comfortable with this request.

Do men get facials too?Absolutely! Facials are beneficial for men too and can help reduce skin sensitivity from shaving as well as other concerns from lack of proper at home skincare routines. If you do suffer from sensitivity after shaving, it is recommended that you do not shave immediately before your facial, as this can lead to irritation.

Which facial is right for me?Each facial service has a very detailed description to help you determine which one will work best for you based on your skin concerns. However, each facial appointment starts with a complimentary skincare consultation focusing on your current health, activity level, diet, and at home care routine. How often should I get a facial?Generally, facials are recommended once a month. However, we can discuss your specific needs, desired outcomes and schedule together.

What is the difference between Therapeutic facials and Medical Grade Facials?Therapeutic Facials are going to focus more on deep cleansing, moisturizing, and relaxation. Before scheduling any Medical Grade Facial, it is important to schedule a consultation with our esthetician.

Is waxing painful?Each person's pain tolerance is different and varies. To help subside any discomfort during your wax service, we recommend taking a Tylenol 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Numbing cream is also an option to use 15-30 minutes before any wax service to clients who are very sensitive.

How long do I need to wait for a wax if I just shaved?You will want to roughly wait 10-14 days after shaving. To be certain at least 2-3 weeks.

Can I get an intimate wax while on period?I'm sorry, but we do not provide waxing services during your menstrual cycle as hormonal changes can make the process more painful and uncomfortable. We want to ensure your experience is as comfortable and smooth as possible, so we recommend scheduling your appointment outside of your menstrual cycle.

Can I get waxed while being pregnant?Yes, you definitely can. However, please be aware that you will be more sensitive due to hormonal changes. Ultimately it is up to your discretion.
